After creating an interactive outdoor product experience complex during Computex 2018 at Xinyi, Taipei’s Xiangti Avenue Plaza, Acer followed up with a pop-up event in 2019 named CREATORS x GAMERS that featured its brand new creator brand ConceptD and popular gaming brand Predator.
Contrasting Thematic Designs for Experiencing Brilliance Up Close
The venue comprised a series of container-shaped booths we constructed that were aimed at the different needs of content creators and gamers. The designs utilized various special materials and combined innovative interactive technology, large screens, and artistic installations for social media sharing, and more to give both brands distinct product experiences that couldn't be found in retail stores.
Exclusive Fan Activities with Animators & Gaming Streamers
To promote ConceptD’s brand concept, Acer held the ConceptD Design Station event in the main booth where professional artists drew caricatures and visitors could create colorful splash art on the outer wall.
On the weekend of the exhibition, Whitelight Motion Studio Director Rex Hon, motion graphics designer Hans Lin, and popular illustrator Gabi were invited to share their experiences at the ConceptD Creator Talks event. At the gaming-focused Predator booth, famous streamers such as Yunni and Niaws were invited to compete at the Predator Ultimate Power Challenge, where they interacted and played with other gamers.
