At this event, Porsche officially launched its first all-electric sports car, the Taycan, and reaffirmed its commitment to Taiwan's electric vehicle market as its charging station network expanded across the island, opening a brand new chapter in sustainability for the company. We carried out the first live-streamed product launch for Porsche, designing the event like a movie premiere that featured a specially made Taycan film. An offline press conference and a car owner's night were also included in the event to add to our full-fledged marketing campaign.

Thinking Outside the Box in Creative Marketing Design
We chose the Spot Huashan Cinema as the venue for the film’s premiere to utilize Huashan’s illuminated chimney and the Syntrend building’s LED walls to maximize the benefits of OOH advertising. Radiant lighting shone on the rustic historical architecture of Huashan filled the entire area with a captivating ambiance. From the tickets and posters to the exhibit itself, meticulous planning went into creating a distinct visual experience for every aspect of the event.

To take the premiere to the next level, we collaborated with United Advertising to produce a world-class film showcasing the Porsche Taycan. From the initial creative development and scriptwriting to video shooting and post-production editing, we worked together throughout the entire process by integrating our companies’ diverse expertise. Other aspects of the event, the planning and execution of the press conference, invitations and scheduling for entertainers, media and car owner reception, on-site operations and maintenance, and more, were all carefully organized to create an unparalleled experience and provide the client with the greatest promotional impact for their brand.

The Taycan’s Flawless Taiwan Tour
Following the launch event, we managed the Porsche Taycan Roadshow across the island for even greater exposure. Within a month and a half, the roadshow was completed successfully after visiting seven major cities of Taiwan. In addition to advising clients on the most appropriate venues across the different cities, coordinating and communicating with seven distributors, and making sure the various outdoor building codes were adhered to, we handled the uncertainties of each city’s venue and climate, maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency in each exhibition area throughout the tour, demonstrating the two key strengths of the company: complex coordination and adaptable engineering, skills that deliver the best results for our clients.
