Driving Sustainable Exhibitions Together

Since 2023, KY-POST has partnered with BenQ to advance sustainable exhibition design. As a full-service exhibition partner, KY-POST has led every stage of the project—from strategy and creative planning to spatial design and on-site execution—while supporting BenQ's implementation of the ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management System (ESMS). Together, we continue to push the boundaries of lower-carbon exhibitions through innovation, collaboration, and responsible design.

Improving Every Year

Sustainability is an ongoing journey. In 2024, KY-POST helped BenQ achieve a zero-waste exhibition build. In 2025, the booth eliminated single-use wooden structures and received the Special Jury Award at the COMPUTEX Sustainable Design Awards. Each edition builds on the last, with continuous improvements in materials, construction methods, and resource management.

Bringing Sustainability to Life

For COMPUTEX 2026, KY-POST transformed BenQ's sustainability vision into an immersive exhibition inspired by the FIFA World Cup. Visitors moved through a players' tunnel, stadium-inspired showcases, and celebration spaces, experiencing technology through storytelling, interaction, and spatial design rather than traditional product displays.

Designed for a Lower-Carbon Future

Sustainability shaped every design decision. Modular aluminum structures, low-carbon composite materials, recycled fibers, material rental programs, reusable exhibition systems, and LED digital displays reduced environmental impact across the exhibition lifecycle while maintaining a premium visitor experience.

These efforts earned BenQ another COMPUTEX Sustainable Design Award in 2026, reinforcing the brand's long-term commitment to innovation, sustainability, and responsible exhibition design.
